Buy one from Valentine One's website and install it yourself. Only a select number of states require a concealed installment (which can still be DIY) ((Look for another post on the web for possible guide)) so check and see if you are in one of those states.
The V1 is incredible and has saved me an incredible amount of money time and points. Definitely worth it.

I believe the display pictured above is custom made by a forum member who was taking orders a while back. IIRC, he starts with a V1 remote display but mods the case to make it a lot thinner, then integrates it into the dash panel.
The V1 Remote Display (from V1) is great, I run these remotes on my motorcycles. It allows the main unit to be concealed behind the nose fairing, protected from water, theft, and your local Revenue Generator. By mounting the main unit out of sight, you lose laser detection but that's not a big deal in a car and even less so on a bike. Both of my Remotes have been converted to full color LEDs which make a world of difference. Below is the link...

I was under the impression that the module in the dash board itself was an extension offered by V1. I purchased a V1 with the external attachment that looks identical to that. I have it integrated into the ash tray of my BMW. Either way its worth a look at their website. Apologies if it isn't what you were looking for...

Zach, IIRC, the guy was sued or something by V1 and is not allowed to make those anymore for one reason or another due to copyright or patent issues. I may be wrong but I thought I remembered reading this as I also wanted one of those displays......
