Get some 10mm wheel spacers and stick an ECS Tuning H-Pipe on it for $300.

1. My wife shares the car so i have to compromise with her. Just adding the resonators to dial it down a tad. Plus it has a lot of grumbing around the 1.5-3 range and hope it will take care of that.
2. I like the car being more of a stealth package, with the non res milltek it's far from that.

Gotta disagree here. Big difference in the quality of the sound with resonators than without. Plenty of good choices with resonators. Personally, I don't think non-res exhausts are an appropriate sound for the RS4, but that is, of course, only my opinion.

So now that I have ordered the KW V3 set up. What can i expect in ride quality and performance? I see a lot of reviews on the Stasis but can't find too much on the KW.

#2 MOd: Exhaust. Miltek or similar
#3 Mod: Stickier tires...try Bridgestone RE011Rs (depending on where you live) and never, EVER by a tire with a treadwear of over 220. Handling WILL suck.
#4 Mod: Ecu. Powerchip or similar
#5 Mod: Sway bar. Rear only is fine. Be sure to use Loctite on the bolts or you WILL have problems.
#6: Better brake pads. Stock brakes are fine, stock pads are marginal.

That's it. Trust us.
PERFECTLY OUTLINED! I'm up to the chip step, sway bars are next and then brakes.
