FWIW once they started on it, they called 4 hrs later washed and ready.

Default Good to hear, looks like you have a great dealer. I never let them wash mine though.

If you think about it, it makes perfect sense for the dealer to put the lowest paid, most immature, least skilled employees on wash duty handling the most delicate possible operation - cleaning your soft, glossy paint. BEST-case and if you're really lucky, you'll end up with towel marks that will have to be buffed out.
