At the end of the day it's simple:

the Cadillac is overpowered and crazy fun, but hideous
the BMW is the true scalpel of the group...best driver's car and uberquick
the Audi is the best all arounder...and best for anyone living north of the Carolinas

They all appeal to different people...as did the RS4/C63/M3 sedan
Very well said!

The comparo hurts sales and AoA's desire to bring already slow selling cars to the US. Obviously I agree with you or I would have bought the M3 instead of the RS4. But a lot more people buy M3's, they are like a communicable disease around here, everyone has one.

Default Flood

The flood happened because the Water Acclamation department of the City of Chicago, decided to open the flood gates before opening the Chicago Locks. But because they are a government agency, No money coming from them. Insurance paid me out pretty well, here is my car at a salvage auction.

That has the VIN Number on it.

Default other one

There is a 2007 RS4 on there too that was salvaged.

I might buy mine back for $1000 just to have a spare set of rims once I find another RS

so sad to see the car like that...then being auctioned off as scrap. A B6 S4 owner who had a fantastic modlist had his car written off in an accident a couple of months ago, and it just showed up at an auction. He's finding it hard to find a reason not to buy his baby and bring it back home

p.s. I'll buy the shift **** and ebrake handle if they're not wrecked

I've been shopping for something just like this.... since i can't afford a "real" RS4.

How long was it under water?
Did it start after it dried out?
Did electrical work after it dried out?

Thanks... the bid might already be too rich for me, especially if i have alot of work to do, but it looks like a what i've been looking for.

tragic. especially considering that the RS4 looks superior to what a new one would look like IMO
