I miss my C4S as well but since I've been doing motorcycle trackdays..not so much
Imo the 993 Porsche was perfection in it's appearance. It was so much fun to drive as well, but my gawd they're expensive to maintain.
My RS4 is a much better daily driver. More room, more modern, plush and sporty. All wheel drive and more power than I need for the street. Maybe I'll do a track day w/ it, maybe not, but I've wanted one ever since I saw a pic of a lowered RS4 pace car back a few years ago.

It's the attitude I suppose
that gets under my skin so I tend to take offense and strike back. I should take the high road however. Please see the link.

https://forums.audiworld.com/rs4b7/msgs/80653.phtml</a

Clay bar, Meg's #83 DACP, #80 Speed Glaze, #21 Synthetic sealant, All w/ a Porter Cable
Except for the clay bar of course. How you liking that 1098?
If I ever wad my gixxer up at the track I'll replace it w/ a 848s that they'll surely introduce next year. Not that I'm wishing to high side myself into oblivion or anything...

I high sided yesterday...
... at the ski slope The ski edge (Atomic SL12) was better than my leg muscles.
Megs is great stuff w/ a seemingly endless product line. Can't imagine not using a PC!
Haven't ridden the Duc since October due to snow/ice but I absolutely love it. It's hard to explain but with other bikes I quickly drift off in a day dream, but riding the duc I never forget what I'm riding or lose awareness of her constant feedback. It's incredibly engaging and constantly entertaining. Why not keep your gixxer for the track and get a proper Duc for the street? That would be the ultimate setup. I don't get the lure of the 848 though - it seems like a 1098 size & weight with a lot less power.

I've got a Monster S4Rs for the street and have a fully tracked prepped GSX-R 750 for trackdays
This year will be my 3rd track day season and I'm completely hooked on it. I have some interest in doing a couple of track days in my RS4. I'd like to be able to use it's full potential you know, but I can't imagine it would be as exciting and intense as a motorcycle track day. The green sticker on the front of my bike will say 'A' this year for sure...
The 848S imo is gonna be one of Ducati's best bikes for mortals. Power to weight is better than the old 999.
