You lose SAT and CD-Changer w/ iPod Adapter PN8E0051444. Dunno about other ipod gizmos.
The kit I had in my 2007 RS4 was the so-called "iPod Adapter" PN 8E0051444.
The 2008's use a different kit and I have no idea what that kit can or can't do.

Not much.. steering wheel changes songs and playlist but you get no song title display.. but audi's
system is apparently limited to only 6 playlists, which blows big chunks.

Does your RS4 have the nav/ipod package WPX? If so, did you get an ipod cable or does your ipod connect directly to the car? Audi says mine is supposed to connect directly to the car thus eliminating the need for a cable. However, the glove box connection is female and the parts dept can not come up with a cable that fits. Thanks in advance for your reply.
