Default np w/ the questions...

The rns-e has standard non-equalized line level outs for each channel.

Just tap those at the head unit before the bose amp in the trunk) and you are all set with a nice clean signal and no loss of functionality.

Pin diagrams for the back of the rnse are around online.

Very nice! I'm thinking of adding the Audiocontrol DQT to my system.

Default He certainly seems it. The photos of his installs on ICIX, etc. are VERY impressive.

I wish he wasn't in Cali, though I am very happy with the work Exotic did on my project.

Default Thanks. Right now the DQT isn't doing a whole lot since the system hasn't been tuned.

Should be seeing it work its magic this week.

Default Very nice. Just one question. Have you noticed any degredation in radio reception. Especially AM.

When I had an amp mounted to the underside of the rear deck like that it caused interference in the radio reception to the point where I couldn't even pull in an AM radio station. My guess was because the amp was mounted so close to the antenna that the EMI coming off the amp was poweful enough to affect the antenna signal going back to the head unit. Once I moved the amp off the rear deck, it was much better.

Default Please report back when you do. I'm also very interested in your speaker choices...

I'm using Dynaudio speakers. Been in love with the "Dyn" sound since I heard them a few years ago and now I have Dynaudio speakers everywhere. But I feel like I've shut my mind to the possibility of better sound. What made you choose the speakers you went with? I ask because I'm going to be doing another system in another car.
