Can anyone please help me diagnose the high pitch whistling sound coming from my engine bay- it is very loud and seems to come on when I’m at a stand still but is noticeable turning left and right not so much straight ahead, it’s more noticeable under braking and at idle or stand still? Any help would be truly appreciated

Having driven the car again the high pitch whistle is definitely linked to a wheel baring as it comes on turning left and turning right as well as deploying the brakes. The weird thing is that it continues to be heard at a stand still, up until acceleration recommences. Straight line driving not as prominent.slight turn to left or right it’s audible indicating it’s maybe the right front wheel baring - it’s just unusual to have the sound continue at a stand still given the wheels aren’t turning- still no codes - all be if I did have the brake pad code on for a while there but it disappeared about a week back.
