You cant honestly tell me that A4 owners don't pull the 1.8T badge to hide the fact that they have the bottom model AND that others dont take it a step further by pulling all the badges and then add everything S4 just because they like the look.

Those people aren't feeling that great about what they have and are trying to do the next best thing...make it LOOK like the real deal.

I honestly think most owners do it because it looks clean. I mean we are talking euro here...

If you have a problem with that, take it up with them. You can't categorize all 1.8T owners in this category, as you put it to be. Sure, there may be a few that do this but not all. And its their car, so who really cares. To each his own.

Its not like its going to end anytime soon either, there will always be those people so what can you do.

you both make good points, and I'm just doing a little digging, but when I used to own an A4 and be on the A4 boards, it really disgusted me when owners would try and make their A4 look like an S4, right down to the last detail. That is bogus, no way around it...BOGUS!
