RI RS4 is the authorita on oil consumption
I went to Kragen the other day to get me some of the good stuff: that elf excellium or the motul e tech but strangely enough they did not carry that high end elixer so I ended up getting some generic kragen brand 10w30 like whateverz and just pouring it in. I didn't have a funnel and I accidentally spilled it on the engine but I was like its all good it will just evaporate.

Nah, not an expert ... but a good learner
There are many others like Verr, Dr GP that know much more than I. I just put it all in one place for everyone to see. And make it simple enough that even I can understand it.

Naaa just kidding, you'll be just fine. A quart every 2000 miles - even after breakin - is plenty good. No problems.
