how much for this combo?

Are you looking at the RS4 or RS6?

Unfortunately an issue here...
as there is no airbag that is built to fit this exact application, RS4 with RS6 Flat-Bottom Steering Wheel installed.
The airbags that can be used which are orderable in the US there is no stock of with Audi, checked today, plus these airbags tend to need a valid VIN to order, which means you need a valid TT or R8 VIN to order one. Real PITA in the end. I am happy to get you the part numbers for the two airbag options if you want to check with your local parts counter.
