Ok. For a second it sounded like there may be a bit of a wait.

Default I've been waiting on 2 front struts for over 2 weeks....

Given that this forum is a small % of total RS4 owners, the number of us waiting on parts is kind of alarming.

Default That's because we all read the same initial post and all looked under our cars at the same time

seems like it would be hard for Audi to claim this isn't a model-wide problem...

Default My fronts started weeping at around 1500 miles

Still no symptoms, no steady state loss
of fluid just light weeping

Hmm, this thread worries me. 250miles on my car, better go check teh struts!

Look at the potential bright side here.... Audi could be exhausting all its repair parts first before it des teh receall. And by the looks of it that is coming fast.

Default Actually I noticed over a month ago, but couldn't get an appointment with a loaner car available for

2 weeks. I've known mine were weeping oil for a while now.

Suspension feels fine so I'm not in a huge rush for the dealer to swap them out as I have this nagging feeling it will be worse after.

I got the impression that the dealer won't have the necessary equipment to repressurize the system like the factory, or that they should be replacing other parts in the system(valves and rears) and that I'll still have leaking or other issues...

Default I wanted to get the process started...

while i think it's a B.S. claim that the DRC is only covered for 12mo/12k (and at current my dealer agrees), I'll break 12k today and wanted it documented.

I'm prepared to move to Stasis if I have to, but I like the way the car handles with the DRC and plan on holding Audi to task if necessary.

Found out all FOUR were leaking when installing my stasis after 3000miles of ownership...
