Is there a way to reprogram how quattro system distributes the power?
On my old TT, one can swap out the Haldex controller to change how the AWD system functions and distributes power. However, the quattro system in the RS4 is different. Is it controlled by the ECU or a separate module? Can it be reprogrammed (if ECU) or swapped out (if control module)?
Sorry if this has been asked before.
Thanks!

As AofC_RR said it is strictly mechanical. How much torque to the rear do you want assuming...
That's what you want?
The RS4's TorSen is already biased at 60% to the rear and can go to 80% when it requires to do so.
The TT and its Haldex system is basically a FWD system (same as Volvo) which transfer torque to the rear wheels when needed. I think that with the chip mod to change its programming the maximum torque to the rear wheels goes to 50%.
