Thoughts on Extended Vehicle Protection (Audi Pure Protection)?
I'm thinking about purchasing an extended warranty for my '07... Already have 30,000+ miles in a little less than a year and a half... I'm assuming my driving will decrease to around 15-20k per year for about 4 years and then to something more reasonable (10-12k a year)...
Has anyone else thought about purchasing an extension? I realize most owners aren't even close to thinking about these things, but I'd love to hear your thoughts anyway...
I drive 80% highway... never track... religious about servicing/check-ups... I don't drive the car hard... I'm just putting on a LOT of miles... What should I be thinking about regarding this purchase (Silver, Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum)?

You can purchase the extended warranty at any time - although it gets more expensive
the closer you are to the original factory warranty ending. Not transferable any more I think.

i got the 7 year/70K plan for $2800 at time i bought car
i had a b7s4 before this, and all this random stuff always breaks at some point. even if i don't keep the car that long, you do get some money back if you trade it in before and you get more for the car if you sell it privately.
