Guys i need help :/

Short story:
Original throttle body is throwing up codes (P1545), clearing the codes would get rid of the problem for awhile but would come back after an hours driving, adapting the TB with VAG-COM did not work either
I have now tried 2 further throttle body's from Corvettes (forgive my ignorance on Corvettes im based in Ireland and they are not a car that is over here) and the car wont run right whatsoever in fact its gotten worse the car starts but sounds like a tractor

Long story:
When the codes came i read online about the RS4 sharing a TB with corvettes so i bought this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/255599405839 turns out its gold plated and the butterfly valve goes in the wrong direction, also it requires some slight modifications to the fuel lines and the wiring plug is on the wrong side
I then figured out i ordered the wrong one and got this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/373007926305 this time the part looked exactly like my original one
With the second TB in i am getting P0604, P1545, P2106 and i can not perform an adaption as there is a permanent non clear-able code there
I read online that the second TB should have done the trick but i don't think it was right at all.

My question is can anybody that's done this before confirm i ordered the right TB and if i have not can somebody share a link to the correct one? I am not sure about the states but they have discontinued the original TB here in Ireland so even paying dealer prices is no longer an option for me. Bare in mind its a right pain getting one of these over to me with import duties and shipping times etc etc, my car as been in the garage for months now i just want it back
