The Time has come... A Supercharger, A real Supercharger.

The real question is how long will it last with the motor. In the case of the RS4, I do not believe a reliable forced induction system is at all possible if you want it to last more than a few thousand miles under hard driving. (and nobody will supercharge this thing and not drive it hard).
A 12.5:1 compression ratio, 8000+ rpm redline, tremendous heat, and a tight-as-hell engine compartment are just not conducive to forced induction.
Look at the MTM prototype. It worked only for a short period of time before the engine was damaged. It has been many months now since then, and even a company such as MTM still hasn't come up with a remedy.
If you really want to supercharge your RS4, you need to buy a different car. Maybe you should put down a deposit on a Cadillac CTS-V

Do you really expect a forced induction kit on an RS4 to be the same price as one on a Honda Civic? Personally, I think $10-15k is pretty reasonable for this application. It won't be a high volume product, so cost has to be recouped by a higher price.
