I looked at this Montana car also when I was searching. When I ran a carfax it showed an accident. The owner was honest about it and explained all the details. It did not sound major, no airbags went off. He said that he had it to 150 mph since the accident with no problems. I'm not sure if I would disclose that to a potential buyer.
I ended up buying a phantom black with titanium package and audi exclusive red/black interior this week. Still waiting to get it. Glad there's such a vibrant RS4 community out there!

Congrats on the new car...I am sure you will enjoy.
