where to buy "leather" owners' manual folder?

Default Same thing happened to me. I went back to dealership>>>>
and asked them why I rcvd a crappy one if the 2008 came with a nice one - they could not explain and ordered me a new one. I asked the service manager if it was possible for someone at dealership to swap out so they could keep themselves and he said "that could have happened." Now I have both.
