Why are so many people 'upgrading' from 19x9 to 19x8.5?

Getting 19x9s are a PITA and and offsets of the RS4 are even harder to find. I've decided on a set of OZ Ultraleggeras in 19x9s offset 29, designed specifically for the RS4, complete with OZ fitting kit consisting of hubcentric spacers and new wheel bolts.
