I like this initiative, but...
Since there are only about 200 million licensed drivers in the U.S., do we ever have a day when 73 million of them fill up on one day? Even if all drivers filled up once a week (I fill up once every two weeks), that'd be 28.5 million per day. Of that number, how many will get this initiative sent to them and how many will feel it's worth the effort? 5% maybe? I think that's within the normal daily fluctuation that oil companies account for. Unfortunately, for now, we're slaves to the oil companies.

Do you guys realize that we actually have the cheapest gas prices of any industrialized nation? In any case if one has to worry about the price of gas, then do not drive a V8 period.
