Default 0-60 Truths?

Does any one know if the car is really 0-60 in 5.3 Seconds? It seems like its much faster. Is this audi doing there typical "Suprise them when they drive it" routine? Any Europe owners who can lend some truth to how fast this beast can get to 60. The main reason I ask is, if this car is designed to be a simalar type of car as BMW's M Series, which boasts a 0-60 in 4.8 (Which I can tell you is hard to do in that car.) From rumors I have heard times of 5.1 and lower but I am looking for someone out there who has actually timed this car. Thanks

Default Nobody that I have heard of has timed it...suffice it to say

that the times are in the low 5s range, 5 flat if you get a great launch.

Either way, this is not what the car is about, and neither is the M3. Face facts though, the M3 will be a slightly faster car in the 1/4mile and 0-60, as it has lower driveline loss, and is lighter.

is the clutch really that bad? Anyone know if the new audi warrenty would cover this? Seems like a defective part if it cant handle hard driving.
