Having a grinding noise when shifting from Park to either Backup, Neutral, or Drive. Same grinding noise can also be heard shifting back to Park. It's not a loud grinding noise but it sounds like 2 metal plates rubbing each other for a second.

Have been reading some threads here and didn't find a thread with my same exact issue.

Does anyone have any suggestion on what this may be? and/or the possible solution?
