Looking buy this, has 85,xxx miles on the odometer, clean CarFax, magnaflo exhaust...has had its 60k maintenance done. What do I need to look out for if I bought this? Does the mileage seem high for the year? What do I need to get addressed upon title transfer?

55k maintenance is the big one. I would not touch this car without an aftermarket warranty (but thats me). Couple of things to have checked right away. It better have all of its service records:
Check control arms
AC....have it checked for leaks. Just because its working does not mean anything.
Starter
Engine Mounts
Look for abnormal tire wear
Look for oil leaks behind timing chain and gaskets
Check wear on Serpentine belt (Make sure it is an Audi belt)
Make sure it only had Synthetic Oil changes
I am sure others will chime in
Not sure on price. After owning one...I have seen S4s with 115k in way better shape than some with 65k. No joke. As long as the owner took care of repairs right when they occur, then you found a good car. Seeing some mods actually gives me a little hope that someone who owned the car thought highly of it.
