245/40/19 with 19x8.5 wheels

I have finally came up with a wheel/tire size to go with. Is this the safe way to go without any rubbing?

I have 245/35/19s and once in a blue moon a front tire will kiss one of the fenders.

There is a little screw head that protrudes down toward the front tire and it is now very, very shiny.

245/40 is too high profile for 19" wheels - you need 245/35 because of the plus size wheels

I have 245/35/19's on 8.5" rims. I run them w/ ET45 and I have no rubbbing issues.
