Did you read the _first_ line of the post:
"This info was on AudiWorld awhile back. Totally incorrect: off by 20 HP, weight and about 1.5 seconds on 0-60. Just like to V8 - this was all conjecture."
The figures I've seen show a 0-62 of 5.9, which is the ("totally incorrect") 4.4 sec. of the post plus 1.5.

I'm not going to run around looking at these people with 'inside info' that not even car magazines have, because they are full of it.
When Audi says it will be faster, that's when I'll believe it. Or when Car and Driver get their hands on a production or even near-production model and test it.. then we have something to look at.
Right now all the stuff that comes out is BS and I'm not buying a word of it because I don't wanna get disapointed in its release.

... speculations, as of now. As it is, we don't know what the 0-60mph time will be, but we *can* make an educated guess that'll it'll be around 5 seconds flat.
