Default 5K Service Yesterday! Bad experience.

Took my car to Valley Motors in MD for it. Dealer could not do anything I asked.
Asked to have locks reprogrammed= Could not do it
Asked to have seat belt chime turned off= NOPE
Check for scaping sound at idle when in drive= Nothing
They did not even rotate the tires!
In comparison to BMW dealers the service at AUDI does not even compare!

Default You need to have a serious talk with the service manager! If that doesen't help

talk to AoA customer service and find a new dealership for service. You CAN take the car anywhere!

Default That is your experience, my BMW dealership sucks...

While Jim Ellis Audi was not the best dealership in the world, Hank Aaron BMW is horrible. They wanted $70 to turn two torx screws!!! They constantly talk down to you and take forever. Audi was much better and my next car will not be a M3 again, it will be a S4.

Default Yes, but they don't want to have complaints lodged to AoA. PLUS

YOU can take your car elsewhere.

Yeah, the service manager was the one who helped me. I gave them a honest survey score last time and he called me to find out why. I told him, but it does no good. All of the things, to not rotate the tires after having the car for the entire day. I do not get it!

If Audi actually cared, they would read these forums and be proactive about these issues.
