Its really odd 3 blow cold air but one of the two in the center vent stack blows warmer air then the one next to it. Its quite noticeable too. I did a vagcom scan no codes, I also monitored vent temp sensors in vag and it shows the left of the car is 10 degrees C colder then the other side. Going to the dealer on monday. My only guess is one of the center vents isn't getting a fully opened gate to get all the cold air its supposed to get.

Also I played around with the sensors and it took me lowering the right side of the car to Lo and setting my side to 81 before the two sensors showed similar temperatures.

Anyone ever see or hear of this?

open and close the various vents. Jet Jockey had a post once where he laid them all out after pulling the dash apart. It sounds like one of yours has either died or something has got jammed in it. If you have a young kid that is missing a small toy or a girlfriend missing an earring you might have your answer. Bad news they ain't cheap!

just had that, but only 2/4 worked... had a leak and had lost coolant in the system...
