CompWest USA has it for .50 cents cheaper.

I just picked a 2620 up. Satellite reception seems somewhat spotty. Not to mention my location on the map seemd to jump around a lot. I have MUCH better luck with my Toyota built-in NAV system.

Entirely possible. But somewhat cost prohibitive to most.
Probably $2500 or so along with several hours worth of work. To some it is worth it to have the authentic nav+ system made for our car.
