Am I crazy to be looking at a Candy White MkV R32 to replace my S4 Avant?

Rarely do I need the space, but the S4 is definitely better for passengers than an R32 or GTI.

With that car, I'd put on a resonated exhaust and RS4 reps and call it a day.

Default Follow-up question: trade in '03 20th Anniversary GTI toward R32?

Though two AWD cars seems a bit over-kill.

I'd skip MKV R32 b/c it's auto only, but you'd make some potential buyer really happy if you sold.

Default Just drove one today, and I have a DSG GTI....

DONT DO IT. The car is very underwhelming. It is 33,600 without nav, or 35+ with nav. You can get a good CPO loaded GTI with 5k miles for about 25k. You will save 8k.

With that being said, it is the best Golf built to date. The exhaust was raspy, and the interior belt trim was tacky, but swap the trom for standard GTI trim, and get an exhaust and it would be a great DD. But, not my cup of tea.

I look at it as a car to move up to, not one to go down to. My dad was in the same position, and he passed. Just wasnt worth the money.

You are crazy. The R32 is a nice car but it sure isnt a Audi let alone a S-car Audi.
