Default In seven years of buying cars from them I have only gotten one of these illusive Audi loaners twice!

This is after buying $160k in Audi cars! I actually have tried showing up at 7AM to try and get a good loaner, but they always seem to be taken or something.

Default Forgot to mention that the BMW dealership offered to give me a Bimmer loaner...

...next time I had to take either of the Audis in for service. They offered to pick me up even...and it's about a 15 min ride each way for them! I have to admit I was impressed by their brazeness. Then again, the new bimmers are ugly as sin, so maybe they're having more trouble than I thought in selling them.

Default Ahhhh...so THAT'S where all the loaners are! ;)

Hope everything works out with your car. Sounds messy, but like you're getting good service.

Default Driving the Minivan...doesnt it just want you to pick up kids and start baking!!!

Obviously the dealer is too busy. Try and find one that isnt if thats possible. Also, never drop your car off on Friday..it will never get done for the weekend! I have never gotten an Audi loaner..but at least I always get a loaner.
I have always driven BMW before owning the last 3 Audi's, and I have to tell you the service I got sucked. No loaner, and if you did get one it was one off their used car lot. The service area was terrible, always lined up , and they treated you like dirt. Heaven forbid they should hire an extra service advisor! I always had to take the car back a second time to have work redone or for a part. So..keep trying, there are some good dealers out there!
