Another horrible Don Rosen Audi experience... (very long!)

They do play favorites there...
I've sat around the service area on a Saturday and observed. They'll step up and take care of people "that need to be handled with care". How they define that is probably a collection of past experiences, knowledge about their customers, and a host of other things. I wouldn't doubt it's easy for the average Joe to get overlooked.
That's one of the nice things about AoHV. When they first opened, Peter (the manager) seemed intent on treating everybody like they were important. He was always open, honest and friendly with me. That doesn't mean I always got my way, but I never walked away feeling I should have brought the vaseline (setting the bar high, I know...). Now I know they have gotten busier over the years, so I wouldn't expect them to roll the red carpet out, but I would not expect anything like Don Rosen either. Peter has the good sense to hire more help if he needs it.

LOL! Take them up on it...
Use the opportunity for a little photo op...
1. Busy Audi service facility
2. No more loaners...well, except for well-appointed minivans at a 30 minute wait.
3. BMW dealer pulling up to take car of neglected Audi customer.
Mail the filmstrip to AoA and ask them what they think about this.

Especially as Audi's prices seem to be rising to be closer to BMW and Benz's!
Before Audi was usually 20-30% cheaper on competing models...now they are practically dead even in some cases like the S4 + M3 or the A6 + 5-series.
