I use the recaro seat, fits well, works well, been very happy with it.

The better I prepared, the better I kept my S4. Otherwise I need to replace it for a sienna.

The 2005 S4 (and all modern audi sedan/saloons?) is fully latch compliant. Don't search by "will the car seat fit my audi", instead you may just want to search by "is this car seat safe and convenient - does it have high ratings?"

Most Graco car seats have very good safety and convenience ratings. Most "gimmick" brand car seats (e.g. Jeep, Recaro) have very low saftey and convenience ratings.
