Can't wait to a lawyer takes this one on...
Stickers, window tints, etc. as probable cause? Give me a ****ing break!! All it will take is one challenge in court, and this will stop.
Then again, we are talking about the People's Republik of Kalifornia...

Sure... because DUI is illegal. That's not my point...
There is nothing illegal about putting vinyl (however tacky) on your car. There is nothing illegal about tinting your windows (within legal limits). There is nothing illegal about adding gauge pods to your "A" column.
These things are supposedly used as probable cause for a traffic stop. I say that this is complete horse****...
If they want to cut down on street racing, that's fine. But using arbitrary criteria like this to invent probable cause is akin to stopping every Arab-looking person because they might be a terrorist. It's wrong in both cases.
