I'm looking to protect my new investment in the xenon+ housings. They are so sweet, but I know how easily the stockers were pitted and chewed at by road debris.

Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Default I have X-Pel

A friend put them on (he had done it before) and did a good job of putting it on straight but didn't get all the bubbles out. If you put it on, I would suggest you do everything possible to get all the large bubbles out. Other than that, it works great.

Default Put them on my b5S4, Jetta TDI, PassatGLX 4 Mo...not hard to do....

I think one needs to understand what to do before it is started. Just ordered the full kit+rocker protectors from Invincashield, H/L from XPEL for my b6S4 and cuzzins' S2000..do it myself. Just takes some thought and it's okay to go for it.

I've used X-pel on several sets of lights with great results.

Default It's been 6 months...they are here to stay :(

He just didn't do the job right. He said there was no need to use the diluted alcohol per the instructions and just stuck them on and tried to rub out the bubbles. It was a poor install, not the fault of the mfg.
