Default For anybody in LA that cares, Santa Monica Audi's service department blows.

As conveniently located as they may be for me, I'll never go near the place again. Absolutely the worst experience with a service department I've ever had.

End of rant.

Dude,
Go to German Independent over at 11006 Santa Monica Blvd. Rene' is the owner. Very cool guy.
Since my warranty expired, I have never go anywhere close to the dealer except for parts.

The car is brand new; won't be seeking an independent for about four years. Assuming I keep the thing that long.

Try Pacific Audi. I would say they are best Audi dealer in So Cali.

Default Yeah, that's my plan...

...just a hassle to go over an hour out of my way to drop off and another hour to pick up the thing when there's a dealer 8 blocks away. It also involves another person or renting a car to get home if they won't provide a loaner. Irritating.
