I bought the tool from eastwood. It was sooooo easy. With the tool and a heat gun anyone can do it. Just make sure you use enough heat.

.....That's pre-roller, kids. But then, I started young.
DON'T try this if you're typically clueless about shapes, details, etc. The roller will make it easier, I suspect, to do it right AND horribly wrong.....I've seen both. keep in mind that part of what you're doing is stretching the metal (kinda hard to undo) while you're shaping the fender. It will pull the edges. It will make creaking noises. Get over that.
Like anything worth the effort (thinkin' wimmenz here), take your time. You're going to have to work it a little at a time, which will also minimize that sudden extreme effort of impatience, followed by that sudden "Oh, (Insert newly created language here, repeatedly)!!!!!! It's a feel thing, and takes patience. If this isn't you, don't even try it. Work around the whole edge, not just some little part that needs to clear - otherwise, you'llend up with a "peak". Do this only when it's really warm, for the paint - this keep it from cracking. Heat guns have a tendency to cook the paint if not used carefully.
If you're not comfortable doing this, have an experienced shop do it. If you're inexperienced at this and still comfortable, you need to read that last paragraph again. Once it's stretched, it ain't comin' back. Reshaped, but done right, it's stretched in the right ways in the right places.
I haven't done the S4, and don't plan on doing anything to require it on this car, but you can see it on the blue B5 in my pic poster, if you know what you're looking for. They're out about 3/4" each (fronts only).
