Anyone else here going to Le Mans?
I found out two days ago that I have been invited to go to Le Mans with the Corvette club of europe. No flames please because its a sweet deal. Basically for about $300 I will go to Le Mans with my friend in his CTS-V next friday. the $300 covers entrance tickets, parking in the infield in the corvette club area and an area to camp. Also included is three BBQ's, one Gala dinner, a concert, shower and bathroom facilities in the corvette area, a motorhome with viewing platform on top and track time in his CTS-V on saturday morning before the race.
Besides going with a corvette club (joking) this is an incredible deal and I cant wait.
I hope im not the only Audi fan in the area or I might get killed..

Congrats! I'm very jealous as I would love to be going.
As far as the Corvette club - there's nothing wrong with that. I love watching the Corvette's race. That big V8 rumble is awesome, and finally they will have some competition. It has to be discouraging for them to only race against each other in ALMS.
Plus they're in a seperate class so it's not like you can't cheer for the Audi's.

I'll be there Arriving Sat am on the TGV from Paris
Can't wait! Was there in 2004 as well.
