The reversed lip option helps a lot, but, still, you have to usually oversize those wheels in order for them to look right. By contrast, the BBS CH tends to look larger than it really is since the spokes come all the way out to the very edge.

I could have gotten RS4 knock offs cheaper, but i needed them right away and TireRack had everything available for a next day delivery. Yeah, they are 18's - same dimentions as stock. Spent $1800 on all four wheels+tires+shipping - mounted and balanced, yadda.
I'm pretty psyched w/ the 240 wintersports - they are pretty great tires both on the road and in the snow. I would even go as far as saying they have better grip than the stock conti's in the dry. YMMV.
