anyone have the ability to find out what color a car is by the vin? WAUPL68E34A021530 it's an S4...
my friend is looking at getting it but wants to know the specifics. he knows it's blue/black six speed, but doesn't know which blue. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vin does not contain that information. You can check for yourself using the Audi Vin decoder.

Look where the spare is.
Audi's color code is on a sticker in the spare tire compartment. It's a four letter code something like LZ5M. I think that's mine. You could use that code to check with Audi to get the actual NAME of the color.
