Default Sorry to read your dilema. I have a couple of good contacts in Audi UK....

so I'll see what I can come up with.

Default Paul, do me a huge favor

Get your warrenty booklet and see what it says for where to go for your warranty service.

If yours says the same as mine, just with UK where US is, then I may be ok.

It may be to the Audi AG factory in Ingolstadt. The post made reference to factory tours. Good luck.

Default This is what I have:

"The 3 year Audi Centre warranty comprises the manufacturer's unlimited mileage warranty in the first two years, plus a full mechanical and electrical dealer warranty, to the same level of cover in the 3rd year up to a mileage of 60,000 miles."

It also says

"An authorised Audi Centre must carry out any remdial work under warranty, and will repair or replace and defective parts at their discretion....

... You may take your car to any Audi Centre for warranty work to be performed."

"Note:
'Audi Centre' means any Centre in the UK authorised by Audi (UK) on behalf of the Manufacturer. 'The Manufacturer' means Audi AG, Postfach 220, D-85046 Ingolstadt, Germany."

Default Thanks Paul, I am fairly confident now

with what my warranty book says. If I needed to have work done I think Audi UK would end up paying for it in the end per the book I have.

The customer service manager (who I have already spoken to 2 times) is going to call me tomorrow morning in regards to the new info.
