I'm not sure where they are made. They are made by ACE.
I had ACE Lola's on my B5 S4, so I like the brand. Very inexpensive, not heavy and good looks.<ul><li><a href="http://www.edgeracing.com/2004/Audi/S4/wheel/5818/">ACE RS4</a></li></ul>
