They do match. The "Euro" look is black trim, instead of chrome, with dark gray fins.
They make both an upper and lower like that, and they both match exactly. The only difference between US and Euro is the trim being chrome or black, respectively. Both US and Euro have dark gray fins. By "blackout" it means the trim around the grill, not the fins.

When I ordered mine I was told that they were black trim/black fins.
But when I got them I didn't like that look. I doesn't look bad but it's not what I was told and either wanted.
I'd like to see black trim surround & black center grille area. That would look ideal in my opinion. For some reason I've never like the darker grey center grille's on this car. I don't know why other than when I painted mine black I thought it looked MUCH BETTER!
