Anyone in MD/DC/VA area, Where is a good custom shop to get 3m Clear Bra done?

Well, it was $995.00 for the front end through the dealer (at time of purchase) and.....
I was planning on getting the mudguard area done as well for under $250.00 (initial quote without having seen the car). The front will include the entire front bumper, some of the hood, some of the front fenders and the headlights(which seems odd, but hey what the hell). I know it seems expensive, but if the **** ever hits the fan with any of it, I have two people to finger (i.e. dealer and roadblock).
