I was offered the following options: replacement with a new S4, cash and walk, or cash toward a different model of my choice involving special
incentives. I decided to stay with Audi but chose
to purchase a model other than the S4.
The only hitch is that the sales tax needs to be
refunded by NY state (form AU-11) and I have
no idea how long this will take.
Despite the problems I had with the old S4(transmission, engine crank seal, climate control, knocking, and rattling) AOA came through for me in the biggest way with a refund
and a new car.
