Default AOA's poor business decision....

Well I finally got my car back yesterday. Only 43 days later. The pisser is I really really love this car. But unfortunately AOA sucks. So I will still pursue the lemon law. I gave AOA one last chance last week to make good, but still no response. I threatened them with lawyer and lemoning the car, but obviously they do not care about me. Also I am still awaiting an answer from 3 weeks ago when my dealer spoke to the service manager of the region. The service manager approved a new car for me, but was waiting for an answer from way up above. Furthermore I reported them to the BBB last Thursday who in turn reports to them that day and still no response from that. I just don't understand their logic. As it stands now, they repaired my car which I was told cost about $35,000 (probably the consumers cost). The car is now going to be listed as a lemon law so they will get less money for the car. And they have lost a few good customers for a long time. So maybe they should go back to business school because this was a poor decision on their behalf.

Default Fight the power!

It must be that being this way will make them lose less money or make more money or they wouldn't do it. It's like insurance companies. They won't cover birth control but they do cover abortions. I think that may relate to this in some way, I just don't remember how.

Default Germans just don't think the same way we do about things....

I lived there for 7 years and I still don't understand it. They would rather lose a customer any day than admit they are wrong or incorrect about something.

Default Yes, but given the opportunity to fix something without shame; they come through. Hence, why every

failed Porsche motor gets replaced with a new one and the American techs are not allowed to open the motor. The box it up and ship it back to the Fatherland like the Ark of the Covenant.
