Default Audi Mission Viejo - Service Issues

Hi, has anybody (besides me) had any issues with this dealer - i had my 04 S4 Cabrio in for service 2 weeks ago (it appears i've blown the right rear shock), they didnt have the part and told me it would take a couple of days to get - i'm still waiting to hear back form them. seems slack to me ?

Default I had a very good experience with them. It took a week but they kept me posted with updates, etc.

Who is your service advisor?

Default F Them! Mission Viejo Sucks!

Doesn't surprise me. I look pretty young and dress the part but actually am almost 40. Went in to that dealership to buy a 05 S4 Avant a few months back. The color and combo I was looking for was only found at this dealer. SOOOO I go in there looking to get low wholesale on my trade in, a 04 Dodge Hemi that I hate only to get the run around from the sales manager. This guy was not willing to deal AT ALL! Got the ummm no way in hell you can afford this car look. I blew him off knowing I would still get the car.

Ended up going to Commonwealth, in Santa Ana and had them acquire the car for me. Ended up getting the car for 1 k off sticker I think, and ended up keeping the truck. The fleet manager at Commonwealth was great, I did the entire deal over the phone and was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. I will go back there for my next Audi.

I had such a bad taste in my mouth from Mission Viejo I will go out of my way to bad mouth them based on my experience.

Of course you may get a totally different result. But I say F them!

Default I think he was asking about Service not Sales but I had a great experience with Sales too at

Mission Viejo Audi. It was simple and haggle free, just the way I like it. Sorry to hear you had an opposite experience there.
