Hi, I'm not new to this forum but I'm a first time poster. After searching for months for the right S4, I recently pulled the trigger on a used 2013 S4 and I love everything about it! You guys on the forum have been incredibly helpful with so many issues and I want to say thank you~

One really annoying thing...
On navigation, when I go to destination-->Directory-->Memory-->Memory Capacity, there are all these contacts from the previous owner that are taking up my total mem. capacity... It's not a huge deal since there is still more space than I suspect I'll ever use but it's SO annoying having several names on the list. I want to make MY CAR MINE!

do you guys know how to erase it? I've tried everything (I can think of).. I erased directories, erased all the Bluetooth devices but I can't get rid of them..

any help will be appreciated.. thanks!
