Well, I've had pretty good luck with them. They installed my JHM light weight flywheel, JHM stage 4 clutch, JHM light weight pully, and did my 55k mile service which included plugs. I asked them to place all the used parts in a box because I wanted to keep them. What I wanted was the stock clutch and fly wheel and they ended up putting all the old spark plugs from the 55k mile service. So I can't say that they left any old plugs in mine. Steve and Scott over at Coventry have been great to deal with and seem to do great work in my opinion.

Also they APR flashed my wifes GLI and performed the 40k mile service. No problems at all, and they are going to do the timing belt, serp belt, alt belt , power steering belt service on my 91 Alfa Romeo 164S in the coming months. I would say I trust them very much.

Did you replace the coil packs and spark plugs? That resolved my engine shake. And only use premium fuel.
