So, I searched the forums and couldn't find the answer. My wife has a S-line b7 A4 with the aluminum inserts on the dash doors and shifter. She keeps reminding me how much she likes the wood grain in my B6 S4 better. My S4 is a 6 speed (only way it should be available). Can we swap? Would I need to order new plates for around the gearbox? Will the rest of the pieces fit? Any tips would be appreciated.

dash and doors are the same B6 vs B7 (avant is different than sedan though); unsure about automatic trans vs stickshift plate but i *think* i recall reading they're the same.
