B6 RS4 might get a NA V8 good for 450 HP!!
This is just my assuption. I have heard rumor that Audi is still deciding between a NA 4.2 V8 or a 3.0 biturbo. I just received the latest issue of Automobile, it said the production version of Audi Le Mans concept car will get a 4.2 NA V8 instead of show car's biturbo V10. I am just wondering if the upcoming RS4 will have the same engine?!!! Wow.... I always think BMW or Honda makes better engines than MB or Audi cuz they can achieve higher HP output without turbo or supercharger. Now Audi is catching up very fast. I think after Audi purchased Lamborghini, the company really have enhance its technologies. wow !!!

Getting really sick of NA engines...
Great, what will the RS4 get, 8 MPG?
Give me a turbo over an NA engine any day, especially here in Colorado where that 450 HP engine would only make 410 or so, probably closer to 300 above 10,000 feet, where you will be summarily passed as if standing still by a 1.8L TT...

I dont think BMW or Honda make better engine than Benz of Audi
I never hear about Benz engine's blowing up. Bimmers on the other hand I have heard it. Honda has a good team of engineers, but the reason for turbocharging and supercharging is for gas mileage. Benz and Audi are not laggin behind @ all in terms of engineering skills.

I am one of the people who had an engine go.
Its still a great car, Id buy one again, well as long as Bangle keeps his hands off the Car... But thats not going to happen, so this will most likely be my 1st and last BMW...
But I do know that BMW will NEVER buy from that supplier again.
